Dosage Recommendations

Food allergies or intolerances: Take 2 tablets half an hour before meals.

Maintenance: 2 tablets once daily; start 2-3 days after symptoms subside; safe long term.

Child (6 -12 years): Take 1 - 2 tablets once or twice daily or as professionally advised.
