Any extra customs chargers or any other chargers are to be paid for by the receiver, Fusion Health® takes no responsibility for any extra chargers that may occur.
Fusion Health® does not take responsibility for items confiscated at your country’s port and will not provide a refund or exchange in this occurrence.
In the event that the receiver has typed the wrong address the receiver must pay the postage again. No refund will be offered or authorised if the receiver has typed the wrong address.

Please note all Fusion Health® products must pass most strict quality assurance and other scientific tests as outlined by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration. Fusion Health products are in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Therefore, it is a Fusion Health policy that any products ordered through our Fusion Health® website are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to Fusion health’s® company policies, and in line with our own quality assurance requirements, there will not be any refund of products purchased over the web.
Products can be returned or exchanged only in the following circumstances.
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrectly shipped
- Faulty product
Otherwise due to the health risks from tampering all products are considered to be sold on a “No Return Basis”.
No refund or exchange will be given for:
- Change of mind
- Products that have been open or tampered with or are not in a resalable condition
- Incorrect orders made by the recipient
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from suppliers, Fusion Health® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Fusion Health® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Fusion Health® shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
