There are inherent risks in transmitting information across the Internet and therefore any information you do so transmit is at your risk. Fusion Health® is not liable for your transmission of information across the Internet or the use of your information by third parties that link their websites to ours. This disclaimer extends to such activities whether caused by the negligence of Fusion Health, its employees, agents, and contractors or otherwise.

Fusion Health® reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Ordering Method

Our website offers on-line purchasing. Orders via phone, fax or email will not be accepted.

Currency used

The nominated currency used for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD$).

All prices displayed on the website will be in AUD$ and be inclusive of GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).


Fusion Health® reserves the right to change prices without notice.

All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and will include Goods and Services Tax (10% GST) for all orders being delivered within Australia.

Customers having orders delivered outside Australia are exporting the goods and therefore shall not subject to the GST and this component will be removed automatically prior to final calculation for payment.

Overseas Customers

It is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver to ensure that their country’s customs/quarantine laws accept the import of products purchased.

Fusion Health® cannot provide assurance or information relating to a foreign country’s customs regulations.

Any extra customs charges or any other charges are to be paid for by the receiver, Fusion Health® takes no responsibility for any extra charges that may occur.

Fusion Health® does not take responsibility for items confiscated at your country’s port and will not provide a refund or exchange in this occurrence.

Fusion Health® does not accept any responsibility for customs delays that may apply in the destination country.


Australian Orders

  • Are sent via TNT
  • Products are shipped between Monday and Friday

You can request an Authority to Leave for your order with TNT after the order is placed. Fusion Health® and couriers associated with the delivery do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Authority to Leave delivery method. As this is not a registered service and no signature is required upon delivery we recommend only selecting this option if the destination is safe.

If the option for 'authority to leave parcel' is selected, TNT will leave your parcel at the address provided on your order. Please note that if TNT’s drivers cannot locate a safe location to leave your parcel a card will be left detailing the nearest TNT outlet where the parcel can be collected during business hours.

If this option is not selected, parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest TNT outlet where the parcel can be collected during business hours.

Fusion Health® endeavours to supply goods within the following time frames in accordance with TNT time frames: Sydney – 1 day, ACT- 1 day, NSW* - 1-2 days, Brisbane/Gold Coast – 1 day, QLD South – 2-3 days, QLD Central – 2-4 days, North QLD – 3-5 days, Melbourne – 1 day, VIC – 2 days, TAS – 3-5 days, Adelaide – 2 days, SA – 2-3 days, Darwin – 3-4 days, NT – 3-5 days, Perth – 3-4 days, WA South – 4-5 days, WA North – 4-7 days. All time frames are listed as business days.

Fusion Health® recognises that these timeframes are a guide and at times, will change due to multiple logistical factors. Fusion Health® will not provide credits or replacements on orders delivered outside these time frames. 


International Orders

  • Are sent by registered post with Australia Post
  • For all international orders the freight charge is calculated with Australia Post based on weight.
  • It can take 10-16 business days to receive your order

Incorrect shipping address

In the event that the receiver has typed the wrong shipping address, and the product is returned to us, the receiver must pay for the postage prior to re dispatch. . No refund will be offered or authorised if the receiver has typed the wrong shipping address and the product is lost in transit.

Product returns

Please note all Fusion Health® products must pass strict quality assurance and other scientific tests as outlined by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration. Fusion Health® products are in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Therefore, it is a Fusion Health® policy that any products ordered through our Fusion Health® website are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to Fusion health’s® company policies, and in line with our own quality assurance requirements, there will not be any refund of products purchased over the web.

Products can be returned or exchanged only in the following circumstances.

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect product shipped
  • Faulty product

In these circumstances, products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Otherwise due to the health risks from tampering all products are considered to be sold on a “No Return Basis”.

No refund or exchange will be given for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products that have been open or tampered with or are not in a resalable condition
  • Incorrect orders made by the recipient

In the event a parcel is returned to sender the recipient is not entitled to a refund. If your order is returned to our warehouse due to the recipient unable to claim the package you will be required to pay the freight charge again.


  1. Fusion Health® will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
  2. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
  3. You need to send the original or a copy of the invoice with your order.
  4. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Fusion Health® will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.
  5. We ask that you allow a minimum of 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

Order Cancellations

Orders can not be cancelled or amended once submitted.

Typographical Error

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Fusion Health® reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.

Fusion Health® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Fusion Health® will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.  This means that the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.

Vegan products

Fusion Health products labelled as being suitable for vegans contain no animal-derived content in the finished product. The starting culture of some probiotic strains may have originally been derived from human or dairy sources, however, they are subsequently grown on a vegan-friendly, carbohydrate medium and hence the finished products contain no animal-derived material.
