WHY HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR LOGO AND LABEL?
After nearly 20 years, it’s time to refresh Fusion’s look and feel. Although we’re still extremely passionate about traditional Chinese medicine, our brand’s focus and product range have evolved, and we now also embrace herbal traditions from other parts of the world, and nutritional science. Our new logo and packaging reflect the diversity of traditional practices and modern therapeutics that we incorporate into our range.
WHEN IS ALL THIS HAPPENING?
These changes will occur on a rolling basis, starting from early June. We anticipate that the vast majority of our products will carry the new labels by November, and that the final transition will occur in early 2020.
ARE THE PRODUCT FORMULAS AND THEIR QUALITY CHANGING TOO?
Our focus on product quality hasn’t changed, and with the exception of a few formula improvements that we’ll be sharing exciting news about over the next few months, our products aren’t changing either.
HOW WILL YOU BE ABLE TO FIND THE PRODUCTS YOU’RE LOOKING FOR?
The label colours of the products aren’t changing, so we anticipate minimal confusion in-store. To help though, there will be shelf signage explaining that the products are the same, but have a fresh new look.
