Change of mind returns
Unfortunately, due to health regulations, we are not able to accept returns of our products if you have changed your mind or if you ordered the incorrect item. Please choose carefully and contact our naturopath support team on 1800 550 103 or use our online form if you require assistance in choosing the right product for you.
Other returns
Products can be returned for exchange or refund only in the following circumstances:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect product shipped
- Faulty product
In these circumstances, please contact our customer service team on 1800 550 103 or healthorders@mcpher.com.au within 7 days of delivery to arrange the return, exchange, or refund of your order. Please note:
- You need to send the original or a copy of the invoice with your order
- Please allow a minimum of 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited
Purchasing from other brands in the McPherson’s family
