Returns

Change of mind returns

Unfortunately, due to health regulations, we are not able to accept returns of our products if you have changed your mind or if you ordered the incorrect item. Please choose carefully when selecting your items. 

Other returns

Products can be returned for exchange or refund only in the following circumstances:

• Damaged in transit
• Incorrect product shipped
• Faulty product

In these circumstances, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@mcpher.com.au within 7 days of delivery to arrange the return, exchange, or refund of your order. Please note:

1. You need to send the original or a copy of the invoice with your order
2. Please allow a minimum of 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited
