How it works
OciBest®: relief for stress-related symptoms
Fusion Stress & Anxiety contains OciBest®, a standardised extract of the Ayurvedic herb holy basil. In a clinical study involving people who reported feeling stressed, taking 1200mg of OciBest® per day for six weeks was shown to reduce stress symptoms 1.6 times more effectively than taking a placebo supplement, and to be particularly effective for the relief of stress-related symptoms such as mild anxiety, forgetfulness, restless sleep and feeling fatigued.*

Withania: traditionally used to improve resistance to stress in Ayurvedic medicine
The Ayurvedic herb withania is also present in this formula and has traditionally been used as a rejuvenating tonic herb (also known as a rasayana in Ayurvedic medicine) to enhance increase energy, support mental function, reduce symptoms of stress and worry, and improve resistance to stress.
Polygala: traditionally used to relieve stress symptoms in Chinese medicine
The herb polygala is traditionally used to reduce symptoms of stress as well as to calm both the mind and spirit in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
Fusion Stress & Anxiety also contains magnolia bark, which is traditionally used to relieve nervous indigestion in TCM, plus citrus peel and poria mushroom.
